Distribution Sites and Times for 2010 season
Cambridge/Somerville Distribution: Thursdays 5-7pm Location is located on the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Rindge Avenue at a private residence.
North Reading Distribution: Tuesdays 4:00-6:00pm or Saturdays 10am-12pm at Ryer's Store at 162 Park St North Reading, MA 01864
Cost
Each share is $625 for 18-20 weeks of enough produce to feed a family of four. We do not provide half shares but we encourage folks to split shares with friends, neighbors or coworkers if they feel it will be too much for them.

Fruit Share
The Fruit Share will consist of 12-14 weeks of local fruit for $150. The fruit will not be organic but will come from local farms such as: Brooksby Farm in Peabody, MA, Verrill Farm in Concord, MA, and Brookdale Fruit Farm in Hollis, NH. The following fruit may be part of the share depending on availability: June: Strawberries, July: Peaches, Nectarines, Blueberries, August: Blackberries, Raspberries, September: Apples, Pears, and Apple Cider.
Detail about the Fruit share: it is great for two to four people. Usually it will be 3lbs of tree fruit (so for peaches and apples that could be about 6-8 and for pears it could be 7-9) some weeks the berries will come with the tree fruit but in the beginning it will be a quart or two of strawberries a week. If you ever want extra to do canning please let me know and I can order more for your specific project.

Flower Share
For $75 you will receive 12 weeks of flowers grown by Luna Farm. These bouquets will be delivered throughout the growing season (July 12-September 27).
Flower varieties may include: sunflowers, zinnias, amaranth, cosmos, celosia, verbena and statice.

Egg, Honey, and Maple Syrup
The Egg, Honey and Maple Syrup share is also a go. It will consist of 15 weeks of 1 dozen eggs from Seven Acres Farm in North Reading and 5 weeks of honey or maple syrup from local farms. It will be $100 for the share. Share will run from June 14-September 20.
